We have over 1,000 gallons of saltwater fish for sale and on display, all of which have been quarantined for four to six weeks prior to being sold to ensure the healthiest and happiest stock.

Our Freshwater fish section is always changing from week to week. We offer many locally bred species of fish, and all fish we sell have been quarantined for a minimum of two weeks before we put them out on the sales floor!

Boasting one of New England's largest aquatic plant selections, there are aquarium plants for everyone from beginners to experts, many of which are locally grown!

We offer pre-built Bio-Active terrariums and paludariums ready to be brought home, as well as everything you need to build your own. Ask us about our custom builds and how you can have your own museum-quality vivarium built by our own Captain Duckweed!

Other creatures you can find in our shop are tree frogs, Pac-Man frogs, and a wide array of colorful dart frogs. But don't worry, they are only poisonous in the wild where they eat stinging and biting bugs like fire ants. We feed our dart frogs harmless fruit flies which do not contain any toxin for the frogs to excrete as protection, but don't tell them that!

We carry all three types of tarantula that are legal in Maine, as well as cockroaches and the occasional millipede. We also offer one of the largest selections of isopods in New England, with over ten species to choose from, as well as springtails, great for creating healthy Bio-Active vivariums.

We carry a large selection of live and frozen rodents of all sizes, as well as live crickets, dubia roaches, mealworms, hornworms, red wigglers, super worms, and flightless fruit flies!
