What if an item I'm looking for is "Special Order Only"?

What is the return policy?
All items (excluding live product) must be in "NEW UN-USED" condition with all packaging, manuals, accessories etc, ORIGINALLY purchsed from Easy Aquariums.
What if my product is defective?
Please contact Easy Aquariums IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your defective item. Easy Aquariums is more than happy to work with you to either fix or replace (at EA's sole discretion) the item.
