What if an item I'm looking for is "Special Order Only"?

Special Order items are shipped based upon availibity.




What is the return policy?


All items (excluding live product) must be in "NEW UN-USED" condition with all packaging, manuals, accessories etc, ORIGINALLY purchsed from Easy Aquariums. All items sold and shipped online are subject to a 25% restocking and return shipping costs.




What if my product is defective?


Please contact Easy Aquariums IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your defective item. Easy Aquariums is more than happy to work with you to either fix or replace (at EA's sole discretion) the item. All Manufacturers have different policys and warranties. EA's friendly staff is eager to help navigate the issues until the problem is resolved.




When will my online order from Easy Aquariums ship?

My Fish/Coral/Plant/ETC died, what should I do?


We endeavor to provide healthy If you purchased a live animal or plant from Easy Aquariums please contact us immediately and we will address each case individually. As a general rule livestock deaths within 48 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund, on the condition that you provide us with the deceased animal and a water sample. Some exceptions apply. If you are unable to return to the store please call us to discuss your options.
