Shipping & Returns
Easy Aquariums ships TWICE a week. Our shipments are done on MONDAY'S and FRIDAY'S. This means if you order during normal business hours between 10 am on Friday and 4 pm on Sunday, your order will SHIP Monday morning. If you order during normal business hours between 10 am on Monday and 7 pm on Thursday, your order will SHIP Friday morning. We ship everything (yes, even the big boxes of rocks you're going to buy) Priority or First Class. This means packages get to you in 1-4 days if there are no delays from weather, and Holidays. (although we have it worked out where we still get to ship most Holidays)
Return & Exchange Policy
** ALL customers WITHOUT an Easy Aquariums Customer Account MUST HAVE a valid receipt **
Please ask a Store Associate to Create a FREE Customer Account for you at Time of Purchase in Store
Online Sales are AUTOMATICALLY enrolled with a FREE Customer Account
ALL PRODUCTS returned WITHIN 14 days of purchase date will be refunded to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD at time of purchase.
ALL PRODUCTS returned BETWEEN 15-30 days of purchase will be refunded to STORE CREDIT ONLY SOME PRODUCTS returned AFTER 14 days are subject to a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.
For ANY issue with products STILL UNDER WARRANTY AFTER 30 days, REQUIRE Manufacturer Approval with a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorization).
** Easy Aquariums reserves the right to REFUSE the return of abused or misused product at ANY TIME.

ITEMS MUST BE in "UN-USED" and in "SELL-ABLE" Condition.
Used Dry Goods, Tanks & Kits
NO Warranty. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
LEAKING or CRACKED NEW tanks will ONLY be replaced by with an EXACT REPLACEMENT from the manufacturer. NO REFUNDS or STORE CREDIT will be issued.
